It's great to have you interested in building a digital guidebook for your property!
This website will cover everything you need to get started.

Getting started - 5 minutes!

Our Onboarding Form lets you upload any content you’ve already prepared, or use a template if you’re starting from scratch.If available, you could upload the following:

  • Automated messages you've set up in your booking platforms

  • Messages/ emails/ PDFs you manually send to your guests

  • Softcopy of your physical guestbook

  • Photos of the hardcopy, if the softcopy of the guestbook isn't available

Don’t have anything yet? No worries! — we’ve included commonly used sections in the form to help you get started.

Next steps to create your InvoGuide

  1. After you submit your information, we create the first draft of your InvoGuide and send it to you. We also advise where photos and videos can be embedded to enhance the information presented.

  2. You review your InvoGuide and email us the photos and videos if you think they are necessary.

  3. We set up those photos/ videos and the InvoGuide is now complete

  4. You can share your InvoGuide with your guests

How does it work?

A digital guidebook takes all the information a guest needs into one location.Once shared, they can access it at their own convenience. They would have more time to go through the information and be familiar with your procedures.It doesn't matter how the guest makes the booking; you can share the same link with all of them.
